Repercussion And Penalties
The post went viral and has already surpassed 500 comments. Many followers criticized the way the driver parked. One internet user highlighted the features of the flagged model: “The Fiat Pulse has a thousand parking sensors and the person manages to do this.” Another added: “The driving school teaches you to get the license, but you learn to drive on the street, in daily life, unfortunately.”
Contacted by g1, the Goiás State Department of Transit (Detran-GO) clarified that parking outside the established positions constitutes a medium violation, according to the Brazilian Traffic Code (CTB). The penalty provided is a fine of R$ 130.16.
