Positions and Requirements for Tutors at the Federal University

The selection process allocates 25% of the positions to self-declared black, brown, indigenous candidates, people with disabilities, transgender, and transvestite individuals, according to CAPES Ordinance No. 309/2024.
To compete for the distance learning tutor positions, candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Pedagogy or Teaching License, with knowledge of ethnic-racial interactions, and it is necessary for them to have experience in basic education teaching or in Distance Education (EAD).
Additionally, candidates must present the Self-Declaration Term and specific supporting documents for each reserved group.
Selected tutors will receive a scholarship of R$ 1,100.00, according to CAPES regulations.
