Gift Vouchers As Incentive
In addition to the PPR, everyone received a gift voucher. The intention, according to Hang, was to allow each employee to enjoy the year-end festivities with more comfort.
“It is an immense joy to experience this moment alongside you. I hope this voucher helps to gift someone dear or even yourself. May 2025 be even more special for all of us,” stated the businessman.
Appreciation and Meritocracy at Havan
The owner of Havan explained that the initiatives aim to reinforce the culture of merit and recognition within the company.
He reminded that the growth of the network is only possible because each employee dedicates themselves daily.
For Hang, the constant appreciation of the team is essential to maintain the company’s expansion pace.
Impressive Revenue
During an interview with influencer Albertoni Cavalcante, Luciano revealed impressive figures about Havan’s performance.
According to him, daily revenue exceeds R$ 50 million. This amount translates to R$ 1.5 billion per month and about R$ 18 billion in the annual total.
Despite the positive result, the businessman highlighted that in taxes alone the network is expected to spend approximately R$ 5 billion in 2025.
