Pool in the bedroom
The most striking feature presented by the singer was the decision to place a pool inside the bedroom, next to the open-concept shower. He showed this choice with laughter during the tour.
Zé Felipe also revealed that at the back of the space, there will be a gym entirely made of glass. The proposal reinforces the spacious and luxurious profile of the mansion under construction in Goiânia.

Children’s rooms
The singer’s children with Virginia Fonseca will also have their own areas in the house. Maria Flor, 3 years old, will stay in a room with princess decor, as well as a closet and a spacious suite with a bathtub.
Maria Alice’s room, 4 years old, will have the same luxuries, but with superhero decor. José Leonardo, 1 year old, will stay in a slightly smaller room, still without a defined theme.

Expenses and routine
Upon leaving the property, Zé Felipe commented on the expenses to maintain a luxurious lifestyle. Without mentioning amounts, he summarized the situation by stating that he will continue working because the bills don’t stop.
This statement concluded the visit, highlighting that comfort comes with commitments.
