Zé Felipe recently showed details of his new mansion still under construction in Goiânia, Goiás, where he will have a room with a pool and studio. The tour is important as it reveals the standard of the property, the children’s spaces, and the singer’s spending routine.
Master bedroom of the mansion
During the visit to the construction site, Zé Felipe mentioned that the first room will be his. The space will have high ceilings, gray details, and a large wooden screen separating the closet area.
In the same space, the singer said he intends to set up a studio. He recorded videos for Instagram while following the progress of the new house and showed how he imagines the organization of the room.

Maria Alice’s room, 4 years old, will have the same luxuries, but with superhero decor. José Leonardo, 1 year old, will stay in a slightly smaller room, still without a defined theme.

Upon leaving the property, Zé Felipe commented on the expenses to maintain a luxurious lifestyle. Without mentioning amounts, he summarized the situation by stating that he will continue working because the bills don’t stop.
