Open selection process in Curitibanos offers a salary above R$ 4.8 thousand, benefits, and permanent hiring for professionals in the Occupational Safety area with technical training, category B driver’s license, and the possibility of regional work in a unit linked to the FIESC system.

FIESC has opened a selection process for hiring an Occupational Safety Technician in Curitibanos, in the Midwest of Santa Catarina, with a salary of R$ 4,831.35, a workload of 200 hours per month, and permanent employment under the CLT regime.

The opportunity is in-person, has one available vacancy, and involves work in Curitibanos and the surrounding region.

The contract will be for an indefinite period, with working hours in the morning and afternoon, according to the unit’s demands.

In addition to the salary, the process informs the offer of benefits, including a health plan.

Requirements to apply for the position at SENAI in Curitibanos

To participate, the candidate needs to have a complete technical course in Occupational Safety, an active registration with the SRTE, a category B driver’s license, and availability for travel.

A minimum of six months of experience as an occupational safety technician is a desirable, but not mandatory, requirement.

This means that professionals with complete training and regular documentation can apply for the position even without this proven work experience.

The role requires knowledge of occupational safety standards and practices, as well as communication skills, organization, and monitoring of preventive activities.

The institution also highlights the importance of ethical conduct and commitment to safer and healthier environments.

Schedule of the FIESC selection process

Applications are open from May 14 to May 24, 2026.

During this period, the candidate must fill out the resume directly on the platform and confirm the application through the automatic email sent by the system.

FIESC informs that resumes attached to the form will not be considered in the curriculum evaluation.

It will also not be possible to edit the data after the application is completed, so correct filling is a decisive step.

The Cultural and Competency FIT Test must be taken between May 14, at 8 am, and May 24, at 11:59 pm.

Access will be sent to candidates who confirm their registration within the stipulated deadline.

The curriculum analysis results will be announced on May 25, 2026, at 12 PM.

After that, those classified will proceed to the case study and individual interview.

Case study and in-person interview at SENAI

The case study will be conducted on May 26, 2026, at 10 AM, online.

The material will be sent by email at the scheduled time, and the candidate will have 120 minutes to complete the activity.

Along with the case study, it will be mandatory to send an official photo ID, category B driver’s license, proof of education, and active registration with SRTE.

The absence of documents, incomplete submission, or presentation of invalid items will result in disqualification.

Individual interviews are scheduled for May 27, 2026, starting at 10 AM, at SENAI Curitibanos, located at Avenida Lions, 1832, Bairro da Balança.

Each candidate will have 10 minutes for the presentation of the study and 20 minutes for the interview.

The schedule with individual times will be published on the official page of the selection process, in the supplementary information area.

The result of this stage will be released on May 28, 2026, at 1:30 PM, and the final result is expected on the same day, at 5:30 PM.

How the final score of the candidates will be calculated

The classification will take into account the weighted average between the Cultural and Competency FIT Test and the practical evaluation.

The formula provided in the announcement is NF = ((TFC+(AP*2))/3).

In practice, the practical evaluation will have a greater weight on the final score.

Therefore, in addition to correctly filling out the resume, performance in the case study and interview will have a direct impact on the result.
