Requirements to apply for the position at SENAI in Curitibanos
To participate, the candidate needs to have a complete technical course in Occupational Safety, an active registration with the SRTE, a category B driver’s license, and availability for travel.
A minimum of six months of experience as an occupational safety technician is a desirable, but not mandatory, requirement.
This means that professionals with complete training and regular documentation can apply for the position even without this proven work experience.

Schedule of the FIESC selection process

FIESC informs that resumes attached to the form will not be considered in the curriculum evaluation.
It will also not be possible to edit the data after the application is completed, so correct filling is a decisive step.
The Cultural and Competency FIT Test must be taken between May 14, at 8 am, and May 24, at 11:59 pm.
Access will be sent to candidates who confirm their registration within the stipulated deadline.
The curriculum analysis results will be announced on May 25, 2026, at 12 PM.
After that, those classified will proceed to the case study and individual interview.
Case study and in-person interview at SENAI
The case study will be conducted on May 26, 2026, at 10 AM, online.
The material will be sent by email at the scheduled time, and the candidate will have 120 minutes to complete the activity.
Along with the case study, it will be mandatory to send an official photo ID, category B driver’s license, proof of education, and active registration with SRTE.
The absence of documents, incomplete submission, or presentation of invalid items will result in disqualification.
Individual interviews are scheduled for May 27, 2026, starting at 10 AM, at SENAI Curitibanos, located at Avenida Lions, 1832, Bairro da Balança.
Each candidate will have 10 minutes for the presentation of the study and 20 minutes for the interview.

The result of this stage will be released on May 28, 2026, at 1:30 PM, and the final result is expected on the same day, at 5:30 PM.
How the final score of the candidates will be calculated
The classification will take into account the weighted average between the Cultural and Competency FIT Test and the practical evaluation.
The formula provided in the announcement is NF = ((TFC+(AP*2))/3).
In practice, the practical evaluation will have a greater weight on the final score.
Therefore, in addition to correctly filling out the resume, performance in the case study and interview will have a direct impact on the result.
