The Secretary of Science, Technology, Innovation, and Professional Education (Secti) announced the opening of applications for the first offer of the QualificarES program – General Online in 2025. In total, there are 20,000 spots available across 20 free online courses (EAD) in professional qualification.
Courses Cover Various Areas of Knowledge
With the aim of boosting employability and entrepreneurship in Espírito Santo, the program offers free online courses (EAD) in various areas of knowledge, with a total workload of 120 hours. Participants will have the opportunity to enhance their skills in areas such as Literacy and Reading, Customer Service, Advanced Computer Science, Financial Management, Digital Marketing, Makeup, Bakery, and Writing for the Enem. Additionally, new options have been added to the curriculum, such as Graphic Design and Communication, Basic Photoshop, and Mobile Photography for Your Business.
Strengthening Employability and Entrepreneurship in Espírito Santo
The Secretary of State for Science, Technology, Innovation, and Professional Education, Bruno Lamas, highlights the importance of the program for the state. “QualificarES is one of the pillars of our Government and aims to strengthen employability and entrepreneurship in Espírito Santo. With this first offering of free online courses (EAD) in 2025, we want to reach even more people from Espírito Santo, providing quality training so they can improve their working conditions and income,” he emphasized.

How to Enroll
Applications for the program are open until February 27 and can be made exclusively on the website qualificar.es.gov.br. To enroll, applicants for professional qualification must be 16 years of age or older, have internet access, and possess basic computer and web navigation skills. Each candidate may enroll in up to two different courses.
