Hydro, A Company Operating In The Mining Sector, Opened 70 Job Opportunities In Its Young Talents Program
Norsk Hydro ASA is a Norwegian aluminum and renewable energy company, headquartered in Oslo. It is one of the largest aluminum companies in the world. In Brazil, in 2010, Hydro acquired the assets related to the production of bauxite, alumina, and aluminum from Vale S.A. Today, the mining company opened 70 job vacancies for students who are attending or have completed high school.

The selected candidates will work at Mineração Paragominas, at the bauxite mine. Young people between 18 and 22 years old, completed by May 2021, can apply until January 22.

Young Talent Program 2021
Requirements:
- High school diploma or currently attending;
- Availability of 6 hours;
- Basic knowledge of computer skills;
- Aged 18 to 22 (Completed by May/2021);
- Not having previously been selected for the Young Apprentice program;
- Attach proof of address, proof of education (if already completed), voter registration, resume, and identification document.
Activities:
- Attend basic training classes at SENAI – Paragominas;
- Be present in classes and professional practice at Mineração Paragominas;
- Know the procedures (PROs) for work in the core area, ensuring the quality of processes in your area of expertise;
- Be continuously accompanied by an instructor/tutor according to the development plan and specific workforce training plan for the area of expertise.
