One of the Largest Oil and Gas Companies, Equinor, in Partnership with Senai, Opens Program for Young Apprentices in Rio de Janeiro

One of the largest oil and gas companies, Equinor is present in Brazil developing onshore and offshore projects in oil and gas exploration and production. The Norwegian company is recognized by many as one of the largest in the sector. Currently, Equinor has opened applications for the Apprentice Program, in partnership with Senai in Rio de Janeiro.

Selection Process for Apprenticeship

Young people aged 16 to 22, with education starting from the 9th grade of elementary school, residents of the city of Rio de Janeiro;
People with disabilities of any age;
Proactive individuals who are eager to learn and gain professional experience in a large company.

Benefits Offered:

Minimum wage (equivalent to hours worked)
13th salary;

The Selection Process:

The selection process will include online tests and interviews, and the expectation is that the approved candidates will start the course between the end of March and the beginning of April this year.

About the Program:

In the first year, the approved candidates will have exclusive dedication to a technical course offered by Senai, according to the apprentice’s area of activity in the company, for example, administrative assistant, maintenance mechanics, and computer operator. In the second year, after completing the course, the young people will begin to work in the company with a workload of four hours a day.
