Working hours are organized into a dynamic scale of 60 hours per month, including:
- 1 Saturday night (1st week).
- 1 Saturday day (4th week).
- 1 sixth night (1st week).
- 1 Sunday night (4th week).

The base salary is R$4.441,07, plus:
- Additional Qualification I: £ 250,00.
- Additional Qualification II: £ 250,00.
- Productivity: £ 1.023,00.
- Closed Sector: £ 705,00.
