Vacancies in Ceará

Company specializing in the maintenance of wind farms is looking for professionals willing to travel and live in Ceará

Aeris Service, a company in the wind farm maintenance segment, begins a selection process to hire professionals to compose its teams in Ceará.
The company requests professionals who are available to travel to serve other wind power plants, but communicates that it offers additional transfers and travel per diem.

Blade maintenance assistant

Activities:

  • Assist in activities related to services on wind blades; Assist in the inspection of the blades, in order to identify possible damage; Support repairs to blades and their components in wind farms according to guidelines, respecting the established parameters.

Requirements/Knowledge

  • Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Complete high school; Experience in performing locksmith or funnel services; IT (Excel and Word); Desirable experience working at height

Industrial Climber N2

Activities:

  • Prepare the structure for rope access, in order to ensure safety during activities and inspect the access equipment; Monitor the activities of the team of climbers (Level 1), if necessary perform rope rescue.

Requirements/Knowledge

  • Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience with abseiling in wind farms; Elaboration of basic security documents APR, PT, PET; Computer (Excel and Word)

Technical leader

Activities:

  • Organize maintenance work at wind farms based on service orders, managing available material and labor resources, ensuring safety and quality standards; Monitor and guide the services performed by the team, regarding operational and safety procedures, in order to ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance; Record occurrences and applied solutions, in order to allow control of the service performed; Conduct training with the team.

Requirements/Knowledge

  • Technician in mechanics, electrical, mechatronics or related areas; Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience in repairing wind blades and leading teams; IT (Excel and Word); Higher education in business administration, engineering or related fields.

Services Coordinator

Activities:

  • Coordinate the technical team of the shovel repair operation, guiding and seeking options regarding service, distribution of demands by priorities, aiming at meeting the goals; Propose changes in routines and technical procedures, when deemed appropriate, with a view to optimizing costs and improving processes; Monitor and evaluate the area's indicators, suggesting improvements to processes that are under its responsibility; Carry out visits and customer service at wind farms; Monitor compliance with the budget planning of the area.

Requirements/Knowledge

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Engineering or related areas; Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience in project coordination; Desirable MBA in Project Management and advanced English.
