- Prepare the structure for rope access, ensuring safety during activities and inspecting access equipment; Support the activities of the climbing team (Level 1), performing rope rescues if necessary.
Requirements/Skills
- Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience with rappelling in wind farms; Preparation of basic safety documents APR, PT, PET; Computer skills (Excel and Word)
Technical Leader
Activities:
- Organize maintenance work in wind farms based on service orders, managing available resources for materials and labor while ensuring safety and quality standards; Monitor and guide the services performed by the team regarding operational and safety procedures to ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance; Record occurrences and solutions applied to allow for service control; Conduct training with the team.
Requirements/Skills
- Technical background in mechanics, electrical, mechatronics, or related fields; Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience in repairing wind blades and team leadership; Computer skills (Excel and Word); Desired higher education in administration, engineering, or related fields.
Services Coordinator
Activities:
- Coordinate the technical team for blade repair operations, guiding and seeking options regarding service delivery, prioritizing demands to meet targets; Propose changes to routines and technical procedures when deemed necessary to optimize costs and improve processes; Monitor and evaluate area indicators, suggesting process improvements under their responsibility; Conduct visits and provide customer service at wind farms; Monitor the adherence to the budget planning for the area.
Requirements/Skills
- Higher education in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; Availability to travel and reside in Ceará; Experience in project coordination; Desired MBA in Project Management and advanced English.
