The positions without experience are distributed across various regions of Brazil, including Bahia, with opportunities at the Camaçari unit, in the Metropolitan Region of Salvador (RMS).

With a salary that can reach R$ 8.5 thousand, the trainee positions without experience at Ambev require two prerequisites to participate in the process. The first is availability to live in other states, and the second is graduation completion between December 2022 and December 2024.

The selection process for positions at Ambev is open to all courses. In the program, candidates will choose between two areas of expertise: Business or Supply Chain. In the first, those hired in the positions at Ambev will work in the finance, marketing, and technology sectors, while the second will focus on logistics and supplies.
For the internship program, candidates must be pursuing a degree with an expected completion date between December 2025 and December 2026, in addition to having availability to work in person. Those approved in these positions at Ambev will be able to choose between the areas of Business or Supply.
In the Business area, those approved will use data analysis tools and techniques to help companies make strategic decisions. Meanwhile, Supply Chain refers to all the processes that all products undergo.
