Aracaju-SE is looking for a professional to fill a vacancy at the largest natural gas thermoelectric plant in Latin America, UTE Porto de Sergipe I.

Thermoelectric plant in Aracaju is looking for a Piping Supervisor to work at UTE Porto de Sergipe I (CELSE/SE). UTE Porto de Sergipe I will enter into commercial operation in January 2020. The fuel used will be liquefied natural gas, a more effective and less polluting solution compared to diesel and coal, as it reduces gas emissions by up to 90 %.

As has been reported here at Click Petróleo e Gás recently, the plant Port of Sergipe could quadruple Sergipe's energy production, making it the second largest state in terms of generation in the Northeast. The energy produced by the plant at a medium voltage of 25kV is transformed by step-up transformers supplied by GE into a high voltage of 500kV, allowing it to be safely transported to the point of connection to the national grid.

The transmission line, which is still under construction, will have a double circuit to offer more operational security for energy transmission, which can significantly reduce the risk of blackouts. There will be 35 km of transmission line to a new connection bay, composed of protection equipment, interconnecting the plant with the Basic Network.

Piping Supervisor - Bilingual

We are looking for Piping Supervisor - Bilingual with solid experience in monitoring processes and procedures for:
Piping, high pressure, boiler and weld inspection.

• Requirements: Higher education in Mechanical Engineering or similar courses (even in progress), Desirable technical course in electrotechnics, electrical or mechanical, Team management, Previous experience of more than 05 years in the industrial sector, preference for energy area, especially thermoelectric.
• Requirement: Advanced English as you will have a direct relationship with a foreign team.
• Workplace: UTE CELSE – Aracaju-SE.
