New Educational Initiative Aims to Train Professionals for the Elevator Market
Atlas Schindler, a recognized leader in vertical transportation in Brazil, announces the creation of the Elevator Technical School. This innovative project, the first of its kind in the market, is a response to the growing demand for specialized labor in elevator maintenance. The school aims to provide comprehensive and accessible training, preparing professionals to meet the needs of the sector.
Comprehensive and Practical Training
The program at Atlas Schindler’s Elevator Technical School offers an intensive and complete course in elevator maintenance, available to all interested individuals who meet the basic selection requirements. The course is completely free, and students will receive a scholarship during their studies. They will learn about regulatory standards, the operation and components of elevators, as well as maintenance methods and specific electrical commands and circuits of the equipment.
The structure of the course includes a combination of theoretical training, conducted by specialized and experienced instructors from Atlas Schindler, and practical training, where students will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired in real maintenance situations, working alongside the company’s technicians. The program is expected to last four months, with a weekly workload of thirty hours.

Expansion and Opportunities

These certified professionals will be qualified to participate in selection processes for positions at Atlas Schindler, especially if there are vacancies available.
Alessandra Morais, director of Atlas Schindler, comments on the importance of this initiative: “The Technical School represents a significant advancement in the preparation of professionals for the elevator segment, offering a learning environment that effectively and comprehensively combines theory and practice.”
Application and Requirements
To apply for the course, interested individuals must be over 18 years old, have completed high school, and demonstrate aptitude in electrical and mechanical areas, proven by an ongoing or completed course in these fields. The selection process will be announced soon, and candidates will be able to register through links provided by the company.
