Opportunity for distance learning tutors at IFNMG
IFNMG, through its Reference Center for Distance Education and Training (CEAD), is accepting applications for the creation of a reserve list of distance tutors.
These professionals will work on the extension course โTraining for Teaching and Management for Education on Ethnic-Racial and Quilombola Relationsโ, an initiative that aims to promote inclusion and diversity in the educational environment.

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Academic education: Completed degree in any area, accompanied by lato sensu postgraduate studies.
- Professional experience: Minimum of one year of experience in basic education or higher education.
- Availability: Commitment to 20 hours per week dedicated to the activities of the position.
- Technical skills: Mastery of digital tools and stable internet access.
- Other requirements:
- Do not accumulate scholarships from the UAB/CAPES System with other institutions, except if there is specific regulation.
- Be Brazilian born, naturalized or have Portuguese nationality.
- Be up to date with electoral obligations and, for male candidates, with military service.
attractive remuneration
The selected tutors will receive a monthly stipend of R$1.100,00, in accordance with the guidelines established by CAPES Ordinance No. 309 of September 27, 2024 and by GAB Normative Instruction No. 1 of October 1, 2024.
This remuneration is subject to full compliance with the activities set out in the course regulations and compliance with the established deadlines.
Careful selection process
The selection will be carried out in a single stage, consisting of the analysis of the candidates' documents. The scoring will take into account the following aspects:
- Improvement and postgraduate studies: Up to 15 points.
- Acting as a tutor or teacher: Up to 30 points.
- Experience in basic or higher education: Up to 10 points.
- Teaching courses in the ethnic-racial area: Up to 15 points.
- Remote work: Up to 15 points.
- Participation in the Center for Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous Studies: Up to 15 points.
In the event of a tie, the score in specific items and the candidate's age will be considered. The results will be published on the CEAD/IFNMG portal, according to the schedule established in the notice.

Registration will be open from January 8 to 31, 2025 and must be completed exclusively online, on the CEAD/IFNMG portal.
