Banco BMG pronounces on Home Office vacancies
According to BMG's Digital and Marketing director, Alexandre Winandy, the bank has a highly dynamic and agile way of working, which has been differentiating itself from the stereotype of a “traditional bank”.
Banco BMG is very focused on working on Brazilian financial inclusion, allowing it to grow very quickly in its digital channel, and it is increasing its bets even more in this field. According to him, BMG seeks for Home Office vacancies people who challenge and provoke the status quo and want to participate in the construction of something innovative in the Brazilian market.
When the pandemic gave its first signs, BMG was one of the first banks to adopt the Home Office modality, and also the first to declare a blended work model, in which employees will be able to decide how many days they want to work remotely or in person.
Winandy claims that the company always puts employees at the center of decisions and was the first financial company to give two months of paternity leave, with dress code free, and is 94% satisfied with the Home Office model. Therefore, the bank decided to open opportunities to find people more committed to its vision.
