Areas With Job Openings Available
This year, there will be approximately 70 job openings directed at talents pursuing degrees in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Electrical, Metallurgical, Mechatronics, Mining, and Energy), Administration, Economics, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Psychology, and Law. The program lasts for two years. The company, committed to strengthening a culture of valuing people, seeks diverse profiles to fill these positions.
“In the last year, we had 50% of applications from women and filled 51% of the positions with them. We also saw progress in the inclusion of self-declared Black individuals, people with disabilities, and/or LGBTQIA+ in our pool of applicants. At CBA, we seek talents of all profiles, willing to contribute to our purpose of transforming lives through aluminum, and we believe that human plurality is the path to our evolution as an organization and society“, said CBA’s Human and Organizational Development Manager, Lúcia Garcia.
The selection process will be 100% online and has the support of Eureca. After registration, the candidates will undergo a series of digital assessments, where they will receive personalized tests and be identified according to the profiles that best fit CBA’s Cultural Axes and the specificities of the opportunities.
After that, selected candidates will participate in a panel phase (group dynamics) and interviews, involving the DHO team and CBA managers. If approved, they will advance to the orientation and hiring stages. The status of all selection phases can be checked on the platform, automating the feedback and monitoring process.
