Available vacancies and attractive remuneration in the new ESA 2025 competition

The ESA 2025 competition covers three main areas: General, Music and Health. Each area has a specific number of vacancies, seeking to meet different candidate profiles:

  • General Area: 1.015 vacancies, distributed between 910 for men and 105 for women.
  • Music Area: Vacancies for instruments such as clarinet, trombone and tuba.
  • Health Area: 55 vacancies for Nursing technicians.

Those approved will begin the Sergeant Training and Graduation Course, at ESA, in Três Corações, Minas Gerais. Upon completion of the training, students will be promoted to Third Sergeant, with initial salary of R$ 3.825,00, which can reach R$5.049,00 with additional amounts and benefits.

Essential requirements for applying to the new ESA 2025 competition

Those interested in the competition must meet a series of requirements, including:

  • Be born or naturalized Brazilian.
  • Possess a high school education.
  • Be a maximum of 24 years old for the General Area and 26 years old for Music and Health.

Registration will take place online between March and May 2024, on the official ESA website. Candidates with low income or children of ex-combatants were entitled to exemption from the registration fee.

These age limits ruin everything, because there are older people who are also qualified. If a person is not suited to certain areas of some competitions, then they should lower the retirement age... And then they can impose an age limit. In my opinion, a change is needed in this area! But unfortunately, one swallow does not make a summer.

You can see that the civilian doesn't know how our salary works, lol, a sergeant does receive that net and without counting bonuses (transfer, unhealthy conditions, etc.)
