Applications for the Selection Process
Applications for the selection process will open on October 29, 2024, at 10 a.m., and will remain open until November 5, 2024, at 4 p.m. Interested parties should access the UEMG website, fill out the application form, and submit all necessary documentation to prove their qualifications and experience in the desired area.
The selection process will consist of two stages. First, there will be a curriculum analysis, where UEMG will assess the academic degrees, training courses, and professional experience of the candidates. Those who excel in this phase will be invited to the second stage: an in-person interview that will focus on essential skills for the university environment.
During the interview, candidates will be evaluated on aspects such as teamwork ability, proactivity, communication skills, and proficiency in their field of expertise. Thus, UEMG seeks professionals who, in addition to technical qualifications, possess a collaborative profile and have the initiative to contribute to institutional development and improvement of the services offered.
