Requirements:

  • Complete High School;
  • Technical Course in Electrotechnics.

Some of the main responsibilities:

  • Interaction with emergency teams for information, registration, and monitoring of services;
  • Routing services according to the rules and procedures established by the company;
  • Assisting field teams with information that supports the location of the customer’s address or the system point;
  • Receiving data from emergency teams regarding performed services (times, executed services, among others) and registering them in the system with the required quality.

Aerial Network Electrician

Requirements:

  • Complete High School;
  • Completed Electrician Course;
  • Experience in construction and live line work.

Main responsibilities:

  • Replacing Poles in Live Lines;
  • Replacing Structures in Live Lines;
  • Installing protection equipment on aerial network;
  • Tree Trimming with Energized Lines;
  • Replacing damaged transformers.

Junior Field Technician

Requirements:

  • Technical in Electrotechnics or Automation Technician;
  • Electrotechnics concepts;
  • Office Package;
  • SCADA and Iris Systems, configuration, parameterization, and testing;
  • Driver’s License B;
  • Availability for field services (work at height).

Some of the main responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of control cubicles, as well as commissioning, configuration, and approval of communication modems for reclosers and sectionalizing switches
  • Installation/Configuration of specific applications for reclosers and sectionalizing switches
  • Analysis and Interpretation of network event logs;
  • Testing components of control cubicles.
