With the current contract in place, Fundação Cesgranrio may continue to be responsible for upcoming contests, even conducting new exams as early as the first half of 2025, if the announcement is published in 2024.
Global Proposal: Expansion of Positions and New Loads
The global proposal announced by BB in August 2024 brought news to careers, including salary increases for assistants and a review of positions. This role requires a complete high school education and offers an initial salary of around R$ 3,600, with a weekly workload of 30 hours and a range of benefits, such as childcare assistance, transportation voucher, complementary pension, health and dental plans. As for the technology agent position, expectations are lower, as candidates approved in the 2022 contest may still be called until July 2025.

The Cesgranrio Board is expected to maintain the same test format used in 2022, featuring multiple-choice questions and an essay. The most frequently tested subjects should include Portuguese language, English, mathematics, and current events in the financial market, as well as specific knowledge in financial mathematics, computer science, and negotiation.
