Selection Process Stages
First Stage: Diverse Assessments
The selection consists of up to two stages. In the first, candidates will face Objective Tests, Physical Ability Test (exclusive for Safety Technician), Psychological Assessment (exclusive for Safety Technician), and hetero-identification procedure for self-declared black candidates.
Second Stage: Comprehensive Assessment
The second stage of the contest consists of the Biopsychosocial Qualification, evaluating economic, financial, and functional integrity, as well as pre-employment medical exams.
Details of the Objective Test
The objective test, with a maximum score of 100 points, will consist of multiple-choice questions, distributed according to each position. Candidates will be ranked based on the points they achieve, with those scoring below 40% of the total points being eliminated.
