The São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP) opened registrations for a public contest for the position of social worker. A total of 141 vacancies are offered across various districts in the state, including the capital, coast, countryside, and other regions.

Interested candidates must access the VUNESP Foundation website, responsible for organizing the process, and register in the candidate area.
The registration fee is R$ 96.00 and must be paid by February 11, 2025.
Candidates wishing to request a fee reduction have the period from January 8 to January 10, 2025, to submit the required documentation.
The results of these requests will be announced on January 23, with the possibility of appeal between January 24 and 28 of the same month.
Contest Stages
The selection process will be conducted in two main stages:
1-First Stage: Objective and Written Test
The objective test will consist of multiple-choice questions divided into three blocks:
Block I: Portuguese Language;
Block II: Specific Knowledge;
Block III: General Knowledge.
To pass, candidates must achieve at least 50% correct answers in blocks I and II and obtain a final grade equal to or greater than 5 points in the overall score.
The written test will be based on a case study related to the role of social workers in the legal field.
2-Second Stage: Title Evaluation, Heteroidentification, and Medical Examination
Only candidates who qualify in the first stage will be invited to the second.
This phase includes the title analysis, heteroidentification interviews (for self-declared Black and Indigenous candidates), and medical examination (for candidates on the special list).
Job Details and Compensation
The 141 vacancies are distributed among the general list, special list (people with disabilities), and Black and Indigenous candidates.
Approved candidates will have a 30-hour weekly work schedule, with an initial salary of R$ 9,061.53, as well as benefits such as food, transportation, and health assistance.

Capital and Greater São Paulo: 10 vacancies in the capital, 10 in São Bernardo do Campo, and 10 in Osasco;
Countryside: 5 vacancies in Jundiaí, 5 in Limeira, 3 in Campinas, among other locations;
Coast: 3 vacancies in Santos and 1 in Caraguatatuba.
