The new exam from the Secretariat of Education of the state of Espírito Santo (SEDU ES) already has an organizing body defined. The choice was the Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC), according to a document published last Thursday (15) on the National Public Procurement Portal of the Federal Government. Thus, the next step for the SEDU ES exam is the signature of the contract, which should occur in the coming days. Only then can the precise date for the start of the selection be confirmed.
List Of Positions That Will Be Offered In The Exam Of The Secretariat Of Education Of ES
In total, the SEDU exam will have a total of 1,290 vacancies, with 290 vacancies for positions requiring high school and 1,000 for higher education, a quantity higher than initially announced, which would be 800 vacancies.
In the case of high school, all vacancies will be for the position of educational support agent, with salaries reaching R$ 2,661.13, with 40-hour weekly work hours. For higher education, the distribution of positions is as follows:

Exams Of The Exam Of The Secretariat Of Education
The registration fees for the SEDU ES exam have already been defined and will be R$ 70 for high school and R$ 85 for higher education. It is worth mentioning that the exam is included in the state budget for 2024 and will be intended to replace temporarily contracted personnel.
The selection will consist of stages such as objective tests, essay tests, and title analysis for higher education positions. The objective test of the Secretariat of Education exam will consist of 60 questions, comprising 25 questions on basic knowledge and 35 questions on specific knowledge.
The basic knowledge section will cover disciplines such as Portuguese Language, use of technology in education, pedagogical knowledge – curriculum and assessment, learning psychology, and basic computer science.
For educational support agents, the specific knowledge section will cover The Statute of The Child And Adolescent, Basic Concepts of The Constitution of The Republic, Document Drafting, Basic Concepts of State Supplementary Law No. 46/1994, basic mathematics concepts, human relations concepts, Logical Reasoning, among others. The essay part for higher education will consist of a case study on the application of didactic procedures based on the curriculum of basic education.
How Was The Last Exam SEDU ES?
The last exam from the Secretariat of Education took place in 2022, when 1,500 vacancies were offered in various positions. The organizing body at that time was the Carlos Chagas Foundation (FCC). In the case of high school, 600 vacancies were offered for the position of support agent. The distribution was as follows:

- Teacher – 800 vacancies
