Santa Catarina Public Defender’s Office Opens Competition with 14 Immediate Vacancies and Reserve List, Salaries Up to R$ 9,3 Thousand and Tests in October.

The State Public Defender’s Office of Santa Catarina (DPE-SC) announced a new public competition to fill 14 immediate vacancies. The salaries reach R$ 9,355.73. Additionally, the approved candidates who do not enter immediately will form a reserve list, valid for two years.

Legal Analyst

The position of legal analyst offers seven vacancies plus a reserve list. The salary is R$ 9,355.73, with a workload of 35 hours per week. A higher education degree in Law is required. Therefore, it is an attractive opportunity for professionals in the field seeking stability.

Administrative Technician

The competition also opens seven vacancies for administrative technician, in addition to the reserve list. The salary is R$ 5,423.72, with a 35-hour workweek. A higher education degree in Law is required, which makes the competition even more specific.

Registration and Fees

Applications are already open and will remain until September 15, at 5 PM. The application process must be done through the Fundatec website, the organization responsible for the exam. The application fee is R$ 170 for the higher education position and R$ 100 for the secondary education position. It is possible to request an exemption until August 22.

Vacancy Reservations

Of the total, 20% of the vacancies are reserved for Black, mixed-race, and Indigenous candidates. Additionally, 5% are reserved for people with disabilities, reinforcing the inclusion policy.

Stages and Tests

The tests will be held in Florianópolis on October 18 and 19. The specific date for each position will be disclosed at least eight days in advance. The process will have four stages: objective test, essay or written test according to the position, and title assessment. Therefore, the most important thing is to keep an eye on the edital to avoid missing deadlines and details.
