National Institute of the Semiarid Region Opens Public Competition with Dozens of Vacancies and Reserve Registration with Attractive Salaries and Unmissable Benefits!

The National Institute of the Semiarid Region (INSA) announced the opening of the 2024 public competition to fill 19 immediate vacancies and create a reserve registration for future opportunities. The competition, conducted by the renowned Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation and Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe), offers remuneration of up to R$ 8,861.96, along with competitive benefits that can make all the difference in choosing a public career, according to tupifm.

Positions and Requirements of the INSA Public Competition

For those interested in joining the INSA team, the competition offers 10 vacancies for the position of Adjunct Researcher I, aimed at professionals with higher education in areas such as Biodiversity, Food Science and Technology, Desertification, and Energy. How to Participate in the INSA Competition?

Stages of the Public Competition and Preparation Tips

The competition consists of two fundamental phases, both with eliminatory and classificatory characteristics:

Objective Test: The first stage is a test with questions in the “true or false” style, which requires extra attention. After all, a wrong answer cancels out a correct one, and a good score is essential to advance in the competition.

Discursive Test: In the second phase, candidates must develop an essay of up to 40 lines on a specific topic. This stage will be held on February 23, 2025, and requires preparation and mastery of the topics of interest to the institute.
