Registrations Open Until Today to Compete for the Vacancies in the Public Competition for Penal Police in Paraná at the High School Level.

The Department of Penal Police of Paraná (DEPEN-PR) announced the opening of registrations for the highly anticipated public competition for the position of Penal Police Officer. With a total of seven immediate vacancies and the creation of a reserve list, the selection process promises to be an unmissable opportunity for those seeking a career in public safety.

Registrations for the Penal Police Competition

The registrations have been underway since February 22 and will extend until March 23, 2024.

Interested applicants must register exclusively through the website of the AOCP Institute, responsible for coordinating the competition.

It is important to note that the registration fee is R$ 110.00.

Who Can Be a Penal Police Officer?

The requirements for participation in the Penal Police competition are: having completed high school, a minimum age of 18 years, and a national driver’s license in category “B”.

Additionally, it is essential to have an exemplary social conduct.

What Is the Salary of a Penal Police Officer?

The approved candidates in the public competition for Penal Police will enjoy an attractive initial salary of R$ 4,548.97, in addition to a food allowance of R$ 634.74.

The work schedule is 40 hours a week, offering stability and security for future employees.

Stages of the Penal Police Public Competition

The selection process will consist of several evaluation stages, aiming to select the most qualified candidates for the position.

The stages include:

  • Objective Test: Elimination and classification, covering questions on the Portuguese language, logical-mathematical reasoning, computer science, and specific knowledge;
  • Psychological Evaluation: Elimination;
  • Social Investigation: Elimination;
  • Training Course: Elimination;
  • Medical Evaluation: Elimination.

Schedule of the Penal Police Competition

The objective test is scheduled for May 5, 2024, and will take place in the cities of Cascavel, Curitiba, and Londrina.

The call notice, containing information about the test locations, will be published on April 17.

The preliminary answer key and the question booklet will be released the day after the test.

With 10% of the vacancies reserved for black candidates and 5% for people with disabilities, the public competition for Penal Police in Paraná reinforces the commitment to diversity and inclusion.
