The National Council of the Public Ministry (CNMP) is about to change the course of public competitions in Brazil. With the release of the Annual Budget Law Project (PLOA), new outlooks are emerging regarding 91 positions. Among them, there is both allocation and creation of positions. This project, however, is still under review and, if approved, will only impact a potential notice for 2025.

For instance, if these Technicians decided to stop working today, the CNMP could not continue to operate for more than a few weeks or months.
