Recently, the Center of Recife Gained a New Enterprise That Has the Capacity to Boost the Local Economy
Datamétrica, a call center company, invested R$ 20 million in a seven-story building in the Santo Antônio neighborhood, in the Center of Recife. With the investment, two thousand job positions will be created, with 1,200 immediate jobs and another 800 by the end of the year. The new Datamétrica unit, which promises to boost the local economy, solidifies the center of the Pernambuco capital as a destination for investors.
According to the Recentro program from the Recife City Hall, the new Datamétrica operation positively contributes to the revitalization and urban regeneration efforts in the area, which aim to develop the economic, architectural, historical, and cultural potential of the neighborhoods of Recife, São José, and Santo Antônio. Recentro offers tax incentives for entrepreneurs in these areas and is based on four strategic pillars developed by the Recife City Hall: Live Well; Live the Opportunities; Live the City; Integrated and Digital Management.
The New Datamétrica Enterprise Will Operate 24 Hours a Day, Seven Days a Week and Will Serve a New Contract with Banco do Brasil, Utilizing 535 Service Positions
The Recife Secretary of Labor and Professional Qualification and Datamétrica have partnered to hire personnel through the Go Recife Platform for the call center operator positions. In the coming months, the workforce will reach a total of two thousand direct jobs.
