Those interested in working from home at Atento must be at least 18 years old, preferably have a completed higher education, possess strong analytical skills, a critical and constructive mindset, and have experience or be currently involved with Data Modeling, Reports, KPIs, Dashboards, Automation, advanced knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio ETLs Integration, SaaS, and Power BI, as well as advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Kanban.
Also required for working from home is knowledge and experience in operations, experience in the MIS/BI area (preferable), essential mastery of the Office Suite (advanced level), knowledge of Access (intermediate level), and experience in creating Reports and Metrics.

Those approved for the home office position will work on daily routines to update databases to feed all current dashboards developed in the area and MIS, process automation to ensure updates and better efficiency of Database loads.
The professional will manage MIS deliverables, monitor deviations in results and indicators generated by MIS, provide support with models and information for MIS activities, negotiate scope, priority, and requirements for report generation and MIS tools, and ensure delivery quality and adherence to request requirements.
