Who Can Apply for the Home Office Position in a 5×2 Shift

Those interested in working from home at Atento must be at least 18 years old, preferably have a completed higher education, possess strong analytical skills, a critical and constructive mindset, and have experience or be currently involved with Data Modeling, Reports, KPIs, Dashboards, Automation, advanced knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio ETLs Integration, SaaS, and Power BI, as well as advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Kanban.

Also required for working from home is knowledge and experience in operations, experience in the MIS/BI area (preferable), essential mastery of the Office Suite (advanced level), knowledge of Access (intermediate level), and experience in creating Reports and Metrics.

The selection process for working from home consists of registration, screening, interview with HR, practical test for Power BI + SQL and Access, and hiring.

Those approved for the home office position in a 5×2 shift at Atento will receive salaries (with experience in the first 90 days) of R$ 2,821.15, after the experience the salary will be R$ 3,319.00. The approved individuals will work from 9 AM to 6 PM with a workload of 200 hours per month. In addition, those approved to work from home will receive benefits such as:
