Those interested in working from home at Atento must be at least 18 years old, have a higher education degree, strong analytical skills, critical and constructive vision, have worked or are working with Data modeling, Reports, KPIs, Dashs, Automation, advanced knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle, ETLs Integration Visual Studio, SaaS and Power BI, advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Kanban.
Knowledge and experience in operations, experience in the MIS/BI area (desirable), essential to have mastery of the Office Package (advanced level), knowledge of Access (intermediate level) and experience in preparing Reports and Indicators are also required to work from home.

Those approved for the home office vacancy will work on daily database update routines to feed all the panels currently developed in the area and MIS, process automation to ensure updates and better efficiency of database loads.
The professional will work with the management of MIS deliverables, monitoring deviations in results and indicators generated by MIS, support with models and information for MIS activities, negotiation of scope, priority and requirements for reporting and MIS tools and delivery quality assurance and adherence to the requirements of the requests.
Stages of the selection process to fill the 5×2 home office position at Atento

Those approved for the 5x2 home office position at Atento will receive a salary (with experience in the first 90 days) of R$2.821,15, after which the salary will be R$3.319,00. Those approved will work from 9 am to 18 pm, working 200 hours per month. In addition, those approved to work from home will receive benefits such as:
