Telemarketing Agent

Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.

Mid-Level Administrative Analyst

A degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, or Accounting is required, along with Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint, Intermediate Outlook, Intermediate ERP Totvs, among others.

Mid-Level MIS Analyst

Proven experience as a MIS Analyst, must be over 18 years old, availability for home office work, course in progress or completed in technology, data science, or development, Intermediate SQL Server, Integration Services, Intermediate Power BI, Intermediate C#, among others.

Planning Analyst

A high school diploma is required, along with experience in Planning in general, knowledge of planning tools, and a degree completed or in progress in exact sciences.

Quality Analyst

Must be 18 years or older, have advanced Excel, intermediate SQL, intermediate Power BI, a degree in exact or related areas, experience as a quality analyst in EPS, contact center companies, and Lean Six Sigma courses will be a plus.

Operations Supervisor

Proven experience of at least 6 months in supervision, must be over 18 years old, experience in call centers, understanding of management techniques, experience in using spreadsheets and reports, among others.
