The Activities of This 3rd Production System Have Been Successfully Completed, Now Enauta Prepares to Start Two More Interventions by the End of June
Enauta announces to the market that the production from its third well in the Atlanta Field began on June 21, 2019. This third well, which is currently in the stabilization phase, completes the Early Production System (“EPS”) that produced the first oil from the field in May 2018.
The company’s subsidiary, Enauta Energia S.A., is the operator of Block BS-4, with a 50% stake. The drillship Laguna Star has completed operations at the third well and will sequentially begin intervention activities at the two existing production wells at the end of this month.

Commenting on this news, Danilo Oliveira, Enauta’s Production Director, stated: “We are pleased that the activities to start production at the third well have been completed and the Atlanta Field has reached the mark of 5 million barrels produced. Now we will move forward with intervention activities to increase the production capacity of each of the two existing wells. The indications are that the production levels of the three operational wells will reach 25,000-27,000 barrels/day, resulting in a substantial increase in revenues for Enauta.”
