Equinor, one of the largest energy companies in the world, has launched the Internship Program 2023 with unmissable opportunities for university students in Rio de Janeiro. In total, there are 21 positions available across various fields, opening the doors to a promising professional journey full of learning.

The Equinor Internship Program 2023 offers positions in areas such as engineering, geophysics, administration, economics, international relations, logistics, IT, accounting, physics, among others. Candidates must expect to graduate between December 2024 and December 2025 and be available to intern in person at the company’s office, located in Rio de Janeiro, in the Glória neighborhood.

Equinor believes in the importance of inclusion and accessibility, therefore, proficiency in English is not a requirement for participation in the internship program. The company seeks to broaden opportunities for candidates from different backgrounds, offering English classes for all candidates approved for the internship positions. Benefits Offered in the Equinor Internship Program 2023

In addition to the opportunity to work for a global energy company, those selected for the internship positions will receive a scholarship of R$ 1,600 and benefits such as a meal voucher worth R$ 1,430, transportation voucher, health plan, and 13th salary. Equinor also invests in the development of its interns, offering an English course compatible with language proficiency after a placement test. 

Additionally, those selected for the internship positions will have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a support and counseling platform for legal, financial, psychological, and social issues available 24 hours a day. The internship program also includes monthly training on various topics to enhance skills and knowledge.

Selection Process for the Equinor Internship Program 2023 and More Information:

Applications for the Equinor Internship Program 2023 are open from 07/24 to 08/24, until 11:55 PM. To participate, it is necessary to complete the Cultural Fit, Active Voice, and Online Challenge by August 24, at 11:55 PM. The panel and interviews with leadership will be in-person, mandatory and are scheduled for the period from 09/04 to 09/08. Approved candidates will advance to the pre-employment process in the second week of September 2023.
