Well Drilling Consultant
Requirements Required By 3R Petroleum: Technical training or degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Petroleum Engineering, with solid knowledge and experience equivalent to the position.
The candidate must have significant experience, over 10 years, in well drilling operations, including the operation of drilling rigs and service company equipment.
Skills in people management, KPI, and environmental aspects are required, as well as experience leading drilling operations on location.
Job Location: Catu, Bahia.
Equipment and Installation Inspection Technician
Requirements Required By 3R Petroleum: Technical training in mechanics, metallurgy, or electromechanics, with active registration in the Federal Council of Technicians (CFT) and at least 5 years of experience in equipment inspection during operation, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
The candidate must have valid certifications issued in accordance with NBR ISO/IEC 17024 and NBR NM ISO 9712 standards for tests such as Visual (EV), Liquid Penetrants (LP), Magnetic Particles (PM), Ultrasonic (US), and Infrared Thermography (IR).

Process Engineer
Requirements Required By 3R Petroleum: Degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering and knowledge of specific software, such as Pipesim, Prosper, Wellflo, ReO, Hysys, and AutoCAD.
It is essential that the candidate has experience with these tools to meet the demands of the position.

Drilling Engineering Specialist
Requirements Required By 3R Petroleum: Degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum, and general knowledge of drilling rig operations, service company equipment, well maneuvers, and well tools.
The candidate must have intermediate English and experience with simulation software for planning and executing wells, especially Open Wells.
