The São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP) Will Soon Hold a New Public Exam, Offering Nearly 600 Vacancies for Candidates with Completed High School. Those Approved Will Receive Salaries of R$ 6 Thousand, Along with Various Benefits.
A new public exam for TJ-SP (São Paulo Court of Justice) had its notice published this Wednesday (22) with 572 vacancies for the position of Judicial Technical Clerk, throughout the state. With vacancies for high school graduates, those approved in the public exam will receive a starting salary of R$ 6,043.54, plus benefits for food, health, and transportation. The work schedule is 40 hours per week.

Those interested in the high school positions of the public exam must meet the following requirements:

The approved candidates in the public exam will be responsible for executing activities related to the organization of services involving technical and administrative support functions to the Court of Justice units, processing judicial and administrative processes, serving internal and external clients, preparing and verifying documents, controlling the storage of materials, keeping up to date with relevant legislation in the field of activity, and internal regulations.
Thus, the functions of a Judicial Technical Clerk of TJ-SP are focused on the administrative support of the Court.

Positions are available to work in ten Judicial Administrative Regions that make up the structure of the court. In addition to the capital, there are vacancies for high school graduates placed in municipalities in Greater São Paulo, inland, and coastal areas.
Regarding quotas, the TJ-SP public exam has 120 opportunities for black candidates, 39 for people with disabilities, and 19 for indigenous people. The remaining 394 vacancies are for open competition.
Applications for the public exam for high school vacancies will be accepted from 10 AM on June 3 until 11:59 PM on July 12, through the Vunesp website. The participation fee is R$ 81, but it is possible to request a 50% reduction in the fee.
Requests for the participation fee discount for the TJ-SP public exam can be made between June 3 and June 5. According to the notice, the benefit is aimed at candidates who cumulatively meet the following requirements:
Have a monthly income below two minimum wages or be unemployed;
Be regular students enrolled in high school, preparatory course, or higher education.
Stages of the Exam with Vacancies for High School
Scheduled to take place in the afternoon on September 8, the objective test will require the resolution of 100 multiple-choice questions in a maximum of five hours. The syllabus includes:
Law Knowledge (40 questions);
Current Affairs (6);
Logical Reasoning (10);
Portuguese Language (24);
Information Technology (14);
Mathematics (6).
The second and final stage of the exam with vacancies for high school, still without a defined date, will consist of a practical test for formatting and typing text using a Windows editor, Microsoft’s operating system. The selection process is organized by Fundação Vunesp.
