How Does the Selection Process Work?
The selection of candidates will be conducted according to the order of registration, but there are priority criteria for certain groups. According to IFSC, the distribution of vacancies occurs in the following order:
- Self-declared Black, Brown, Indigenous, Quilombola People, and People with Disabilities;
- Students who attended elementary or high school in public schools;
- Other candidates (open competition).
Registrations are made exclusively online. Candidates need to fill out a form with their personal data, education information, and answer two questionnaires: one socioeconomic and another related to quotas.
The selection results will be announced on February 21, 2025. Depending on demand for the course, a reserve list may be created for future calls.

What Types of Technical Courses Are Offered?
IFSC offers technical courses in different modalities:
- Integrated: aimed at students who wish to take high school alongside technical training.
- Concomitant: for those who are already attending high school at another institution and want technical training simultaneously.
- Subsequent: intended for those who have already completed high school and wish to professionalize.
- Adult Education (EJA): indicated for adults who have not completed basic education and wish to obtain technical qualification.
