Internship vacancy in Engineering – Costs in Taubaté, São Paulo
- Prerequisites: Studying Electrical, Mechanical or Production Engineering with graduation expected from July/2024; Advanced English; Good knowledge of Excel; Interest in Costs and willingness to learn about hydroelectric products; Good oral and written communication skills; Problem identification and solution skills; Availability to work from 8 am to 15 pm.
- Main atributions: Support Cost processes for products and systems of hydroelectric power plants; Work in synergy with all areas (engineering, “supply chain”, commercial, planning, assembly, etc.) to find the best cost-benefit ratio for each project; Support the interfaces between suppliers with Purchasing, based on the specifications issued by Engineering, to obtain the best quotations and discuss possible approaches for a given solution; Support the preparation of a cost spreadsheet containing all the information collected from the different areas; Assist in cost reduction alternatives by preparing studies of industrial schemes; Develop references to improve the existing database.
Internship Vacancy in Purchasing/Supplies in Taubaté, São Paulo
- Prerequisites: Studying Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, expected to graduate from July/2024. Production or Mechanical Engineering can also be considered; English proficiency at an intermediate level; Domain of the Office Package at an intermediate level, especially Excel; Availability for an internship from 7:15 am to 14:15 pm or from 10 am to 17 pm, Monday and Friday; Good relationship and communication skills.
- Main atributions: Assist the supply team in monitoring purchase orders in progress, following up on supplies and ensuring compliance with GE Renewable Energy requirements by suppliers; Participate in operational meetings with the quality project teams to report on the progress of execution of supplies and alignment of inspection stages; Keep the ERP up-to-date, ensuring that the system reflects the correct purchase order information; Support GE's suppliers and internal customers in supplier payment processes and in solving problems in the physical and fiscal receipt of materials; Develop and update control spreadsheets and KPI's of the purchasing team; Work on improvement projects.
Vacancy of Administrative Internship in Services in São Paulo, São Paulo
- Prerequisites: Studying Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or International Relations, with training scheduled for July/2024 or later; Intermediary English; Intermediate Office package; Availability to intern during business hours, 6 hours a day (30 hours a week).
- Main atributions: Perform control of service invoices for entry into the system (MIGO); Make a request for Indirect Purchasing from the Department; Control the balance of PO's Umbrella; Request Guarantee Insurance; Carry out the control of the Freight Invoices of the entire department; Perform quotation for Purchasing of indirect materials; Provide administrative support to the entire team.
