Previous experience with Kanban, agile metrics, and forecasting is required, as well as knowledge in agile requirements and product management to support the product team, prior experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, knowledge in the use of OKRs, excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to create connections between people, among others.

Desirable experience as an OKR Champion, knowledge of discovery techniques, and coaching techniques.

Business System Analyst

Knowledge of the financial market and applicable legislation is required, along with knowledge of UX techniques and technical knowledge in system development.

Desirable experience as a business system analyst, monitoring system performance through analysis and validation, acting as a facilitator in the system development process, knowledge of roadmap creation and prioritization techniques, among others.

Organizational Transformation Specialist

Knowledge and alignment with themes related to cooperativism, agile HR, reinventing organizations, self-management, and organizational structures related to products is required, having participated in internal experiences such as Immersions and Autonomous Accelerations or transformation processes related to business agility in other companies, an experimental mindset, and the ability to break contexts into smaller experiments.
