GWM (Great Wall Motors) started this week the pre-sale of the Tank 300, its newest plug-in hybrid SUV aimed at the audience seeking power, luxury, and off-road performance. Reservations opened on March 20 and will last until April 3, 2025, according to the manufacturer’s information confirmed by Revista Fullpower.
The model, which promises to compete with vehicles like the Jeep Wrangler and Land Rover Defender, will have its official launch in April. Units can already be reserved with a down payment of R$ 9,000 through GWM’s website, the My GWM app, Mercado Livre, or authorized dealerships of the brand.
What Does the GWM Tank 300 Deliver?

According to Autoesporte, the GWM Tank 300 combines a 2.0 turbo gasoline engine with two electric motors, achieving a total power of 408 hp and torque of 76.5 kgfm. The transmission is a nine-speed automatic, and the SUV features 4×4 traction, electronic locking of the front and rear differentials, as well as low gear — characteristics that enhance its off-road capabilities.
