Operational Analyst – São Luís, Maranhão

Education: Administration, Accounting, Economics and Engineering.

Collaborative and integrated vision for the development of activities and projects with interfaces from other areas. Knowledge of Lean philosophy, VPS and its tools (Kaizen / CCQ / FMDS / Standardization / Change Management). Analysis of performance indicators and profile of production losses, using statistical methods to support decision making; Ability to analyze and solve problems with tools and mental models such as PDCA, A3 report, Design Thinking; Expertise in project management using agile approaches such as PMCanvas, Kanban, Scrum and a more humane look; Development of sustainable, collaborative, creative and innovative solutions; Desirable knowledge of railway operation and maintenance processes and indicators.

Electronics Technician II – São Luís, MA

Knowledge in Electronics, Automation, industrial control, instrumentation, electromechanics, industrial maintenance, electrical, hydraulics and related areas. Education: Technical course in Electronics or Electrics.

Some of the activities: Perform inspection, maintenance (preventive, predictive and corrective) on systems, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electronics, telecommunications, hydraulic and pneumatic items of machines, equipment and installations, aiming to guarantee the availability of assets and the continuity of production and complying with all Safety, Health and Environment standards.

Specialist Maintenance Technician – São Luís, MA

Experience with maintenance in hoists, winches, overhead cranes, gantry cranes and metal extractors; Education: Mandatory technical training in Electroelectronics, Electrics or Electronics. Desirable higher education in progress or complete in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience with maintenance and configuration of frequency inverters, programming logic, ladder and industrial networks. Development of best practices, ensuring 5S and Standardization in the execution of activities; Development of solutions to improve its activities (CCQ and Kaizen); Knowledge of maintenance performance indicators (BACKLOG, AMS, APR, AMC, IAMO, HMC).
