Bought for US$ 26.2 million, the mansion in Beverly Hills has 1,160 m², a 25 m pool, a wine cellar for 600 bottles, and a fossil

Film producer Hassan Taher and his partner, Julia Ledda, purchased a mansion in Beverly Hills for US$ 26.2 million, about R$ 130.6 million, in a deal that concluded a discounted offering period.

The mansion was acquired by Hassan Taher, a member of one of the richest families in Saudi Arabia, alongside Julia Ledda. The property is located in Beverly Hills, a prestigious area of Los Angeles, United States.

History

Real estate records show that the seller was a company that paid US$ 4.2 million, or R$ 21 million, for the land in 2014. After that, the group built a contemporary residence at the address.

Completed in 2019, the property debuted on the market for US$ 38 million, equivalent to R$ 189 million. Over approximately 2 and a half years, the house was listed and delisted until it was sold.

Mansion Structure

The mansion has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, three half-baths, and about 1,160 m² enclosed with glass.

The building has three floors and is situated high in the mountains, with views of the city and the Pacific Ocean.

The main floor features living areas, a kitchen, and a showroom garage for four cars, with black tiled flooring and glass walls. The lower level includes a gym, game room, cinema, and a wine cellar for 600 bottles.

Leisure in the Mansion

The top floor houses the master suite and three other suites. The outdoor area includes a dry sauna, steam sauna, a 25 m infinity pool, and a view of Benedict Canyon.

The mansion features a foyer with double-height ceilings and a dining room with a 6 m wall made of black marble imported from France.

There are also over 900 m² of outdoor patios and decks. In the foyer, a 150-million-year-old dinosaur skeleton stands out.
