Behind the fast-paced videos, there was a heavy routine, combining exhausting jobs in London with night shifts and weekends on the construction site.
Demolition, cleaning, electrical installation, and finishing took up entire holidays, reducing labor costs but increasing physical and mental wear.
Classic problems repeatedly emerged, including inefficient drainage, persistent leaks, and bricks that took weeks to dry.
The pressure from bank interest and tight deadlines made each delay more expensive, increasing stress between the brothers during the process.
