The IBGE Is Now Offering Hundreds of New Job Openings in Its Selection Process Census 2022. There Are Opportunities for Various Locations and Those Approved Will Have Great Salaries.
The Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE) has another selection process open that aims to provide more than 100 new job openings for professionals in the Census 2022. The opportunities are distributed across municipalities in the states of Federal District, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Espírito Santo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo. According to the IBGE Census 2022 notice, 157 temporary job openings are available, of which 154 are for research agents and 3 for collection and quality supervisors.

Those interested in applying for these job openings must have completed high school, be at least 18 years old at the time of hiring, be in full enjoyment of their political rights, be up to date with electoral obligations, possess physical and mental fitness for the duties of the position, and be up to date with military obligations, for male Brazilian candidates.
Furthermore, it is necessary not to be incompatible with the provisions in Article 6 of Law No. 8,745, of December 9, 1993, which prohibits the hiring of employees from the indirect or direct administration of the union, states, municipalities, and the federal district, as well as employees or agents of their subsidiaries and controlled companies, to have the required education level for the position, not have been hired under Law No. 8.745/1993 in the last two years, and present a handwritten declaration stating that they are not in a condition of partner-manager or administrator of private companies. This includes individual micro-entrepreneurs (MEI).

For the Agent of Research and Mapping (APM) position, 154 openings are available, spread across 23 municipalities in DF, MG, ES, PR, SP, and SC, with a salary of R$ 1,387.50 per month. For the Collection and Quality Supervisor (SCQ) position, there are 3 openings in the state of Paraná, with a monthly salary of R$ 3,100.
Applications will be accepted during the period established in the Scheduled Timeline in the Notice. The application process must be conducted in person. To apply, candidates must go to the location linked to the job openings, as outlined in the notice, and submit the application form, which is available in the same document.
When filling out the form, candidates should only consider the highest scoring qualification, as multiple scores are not cumulative. Candidates must present original documents or authenticated copies at the time of hiring. No application fee will be charged.
Selection Process for the IBGE Census 2022 Job Openings
The selection process will occur through a Title Analysis, considering the Academic Qualification of the candidates. The qualification presented by the candidate will be assessed, and a score will subsequently be assigned based on the Notice.
The title analysis will have a classificatory character, worth up to 10 points, and will be conducted according to the pre-established scoring system based on the qualification presented at the time of application.
Only candidates who achieve a score of 5 points or higher from the total points in the Title Analysis will be considered approved in the selection process. Those approved within the number of openings will be classified, while candidates approved outside the number of openings will be considered eliminated.
