The psychologist from IEL-ES, Luíza Bazoni Hemerly, emphasized that internships are an important means for students to enter the professional world.
“It is where they can practice what they learned in theory, it is the gateway to the job market. We have been operating in the capixaba market for 51 years, and it is difficult to measure how many students we have served since we started this activity. But in the last year, there were 38,873 students,” she said.
