The Federal Institute of São Paulo announces a new competition with registrations open from July 18th for various positions. The main objective is to hire teachers in the areas of Electrical, IT, Arts and more!
The Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP) will soon open registrations for 41 vacancies in a new public competition. The IFSP competition aims to fill opportunities in diverse areas such as Architecture, Arts, Biotechnology and much more on various campuses of the institution.
Positions available in the Federal Institute competition and their requirements
The Federal Institute has dozens of vacancies in its public competition. Among them are:
Electrical
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrotechnical or Control and Automation Engineering, Industrial Automation Technology or Electrical Systems Technology, Renewable Energies or Telecommunications Engineering required.

Computer Technology
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Technology in Systems Analysis and Development or Computer Network Technology, Data Processing Technology, Computer Technology, Cyber Defense Technology, Information Technology Management, Games Digital, Information Security Technology, Embedded Systems or Internet Systems Technology.
Biotechnology
Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocesses and Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or Bioprocess Engineering required.
Portuguese/Libras
Degree in Literature – Portuguese/Libras or Degree in Literature – Portuguese, which can be combined with any foreign language) plus a Degree in Literature – Libras (which can also be combined with other training.
Practices in Aircraft Maintenance: Airframe, Powerplant and Avionics
Higher education required in any field. For any training, a Technical Qualification Certificate (CHT) is required, issued by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) in the three modalities: Powerplant Cells and Avionics.
Fine Arts
Degree in Art Education, Arts in any of the languages required: Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Music, Musical Education, Theatre, Performing Arts, Cinema and Dance.
Register and participate in the Federal Institute’s public competition
Registration for the competition begins on July 18th and continues until September 2nd this year. To participate in the IFSP competition, the candidate must pay a registration fee, in the amount of R$ 190, through the Union Collection Guide (GRU Simples, exclusively at Banco do Brasil, until September 4th. Registrations with payment made after this date will be rejected.
Candidates who belong to a family registered in the Federal Government's Single Registry for Social Programs (CadÚnico), whose monthly per capita family income is less than or equal to half the national minimum wage, and donor candidates will be exempt from paying the registration fee. of bone marrow in entities recognized by the Ministry of Health.
Exemption for registration in the public competition must be requested through the candidate's application, available on the electronic registration form, to be completed between the 18th and 25th of July.

The vacancies for the Federal Institute competition are distributed among the campuses of Avaré, Boituva, Bragança Paulista, Cubatão, Campos do Jordão, Ilha Solteira, Itapetininga, Itaquaquecetuba, Pirituba, Miracatu, Presidente Epitácio, Registro, São Carlos, São João da Boa Vista , São Paulo, São José dos Campos, Sorocaba, Suzano and Votuporanga. Therefore, the IFSP competition does not include the Catanduva unit.
The Federal Institute's competition for teachers will have three phases, namely the objective test, teaching performance test and title test. The objective test will last four hours, with a likely date for administration on October 13th. It is the candidate's responsibility to follow all publications about the public competition.
