Did you know that over 7,000 free spots in technical courses are open in the state of São Paulo? The Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) has launched an unmissable opportunity for those looking to qualify in high-demand areas in the job market. But beware: the enrollment deadline is short and the selection is competitive!

The IFSP is offering 7,037 spots for free technical courses in various areas, such as mechanics, mechatronics, industrial automation, IT, administration, among others. These spots are distributed across 39 campuses throughout the state, including cities like São Paulo, Campinas, Araraquara, and Bragança Paulista. This is your chance to start 2025 with a new profession!

Integrated and Subsequent Technical Courses

Among the spots, 4,072 are for integrated technical courses to high school, aimed at students who wish to complete high school along with a technical qualification. The other 2,965 spots are for concurrent or subsequent courses, intended for those who have completed or are attending high school at another institution. Enrollment and Fee Exemption

But be careful! Enrollment must be done exclusively through the IFSP selection process website until September 8, 2024.

The selection will be made through an objective test with 30 multiple-choice questions, covering knowledge of Portuguese Language and Mathematics. The tests will be held on October 20, 2024, at the campus or in the city of the same region where the candidate wishes to study.

Low-income candidates may also request a fee exemption. According to the rules, those with a per capita family income equal to or less than 1.5 minimum wages (up to R$ 2,118), who have completed elementary school in a public school or with a full scholarship in a private school, can request the exemption. The deadline to request the exemption ends on August 18, 2024.

To enroll, the candidate must follow some essential steps:

Create a registration on the Candidate Portal.
Fill out the enrollment form and socioeconomic questionnaire.
Make the payment of the enrollment fee, which is R$ 50 for integrated courses and R$ 20 for concurrent or subsequent courses, for those who do not qualify for the exemption. Payment can be made via PIX, credit card, or Union Payment Guide (GRU), exclusively at Banco do Brasil.
