The Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Southern Minas Gerais (IFSULDEMINAS) announces the opening of the selective process for free technical training courses in the online modality (EAD), according to Notice No. 276/2024. Opportunities are offered with vacancies distributed between face-to-face centers, which meet demands for training and regional development.
Course objective and workload
The main objective of free technical training courses is qualify professionals in strategic areas, promoting quality technical education aligned with the demands of the job market. The online modality (EAD) includes mandatory face-to-face meetings, which represent 20% of the total workload, with activities such as classes, forums, seminars and assessments.
Available vacancies and locations
The notice provides vacancies distributed among the in-person support centers on the Machado, Passos and Poços de Caldas campuses. The free courses will be offered remotely, but with in-person activities at selected centers.

Selection processes
Candidates will be selected through an electronic draw. In addition, there are places reserved for affirmative actions, such as candidates from public schools, self-declared black, mixed race, indigenous, quilombola and people with disabilities, as specified in the notice.
Application requirements
Candidates must have completed high school by the date of enrollment. They must have an ID, CPF, active email address and internet access. Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the gov.br platform.
