Job vacancy responsibilities and duties
The sea cook will play a crucial role in the well-being of the crew, being responsible for ensuring food quality and safety on board. The main activities include:
Receive food products and organize their distribution;
Prepare balanced and varied menus, following nutritional guidelines and recommendations ANVISA;
Carry out inventory and stock control, ensuring adequate planning during trips;
Prepare food using different techniques, such as frying, cooking, grilling and baking;
Ensure the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, strictly adhering to health standards.
Mandatory job requirements

High school complete;
Prior work experience;
valid CIR;
TBS1 (STCW VI/1) and EBCP (STCW VI/6) certificates, essential for safe operation in the maritime environment.
