Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Experience as a welder and as a boilermaker.
- Experience in manufacturing industrial equipment in steel, piping, and metallic structures.
- Offshore experience will be considered a differential.
- Valid CBSP, NR 34, NR 35, and NR 33 training required.
- ABRAMAN will be considered a differential.
- Availability for onshore/offshore work as needed.
Location: Macaé, RJ
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields);
- Postgraduate degree in People Management is preferred;
- Intermediate English;
- Proficiency in Office Suite (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Generalist experience in Human Resources;
- Experience conducting selection processes for corporate areas;
- Experience in developing and managing training and development programs;
- Experience in consolidating HR indicators for the preparation of reports.
