The selection process is aimed at teachers with a solid academic background. To participate, the candidate must:
- Be a native Brazilian;
- Be between 18 and 62 years old by July 2026;
- Be up to date with electoral and military obligations;

- Hold a PhD recognized by the MEC in the area of the vacancy;
- Present proof of teaching experience in higher education;
- Be physically and psychologically fit for temporary military service.
